"Room that was booked was not available. Given a room directly above the loading dock. Woken up every morning at 6:00 by truck unloading and by someone cutting grass or using blower. Hotel is nice, but is certainly outdated and not worth the 700 dollars a night I paid for the room. Parking is also terrible and without enough spaces available for the number of residents unless you want to use valet or take a shuttle."

"My sister & I attendance was okay. But. I’m 78 years old & there’s no bath mats or slip skids in the tub. I kept slipping & held onto only ONE hand bar on the OTHER side of the tub. Very unsafe. I asked at the desk if they supplied those and was NO that they don’t supply tub mats. No hand grip to hold to step into the tub."

"Great staff. Friendly and informative. Room was neat and clean and the comforter was soft and lush! Breakfast was a southern girls dream for a free hotel meal. The only criticism would be that the pillows were flat and way too soft and there was nowhere for pets to potty."

"You walk in and it’s immediately humid and damp from the dirty floors and smells of cigarettes and marijuana especially in the hall near the stairwells. The floors have black gunk buildup especially in the elevator. For a no smoking hotel on the inside it smells like a hotel that allows smoking inside. I have my 4 kids here and the last thing we need is to pay over $800 per week for something so nasty and sticky and humid. People prop the outside doors open with rocks so I’ve worried about the...
