"Ich hatte online eingecheckt und die Schlüsselkarte aufs Handy geladen. Da ich aber früher angekommen bin, als geplant, war die Zimmer-Nr noch nicht verfügbar. Ich konnte dann aber am Kiosk eine pysischen Hotelkey erstellen. Leider funktionierte der Key auf dem Handy nicht im Aufzug, aber mit der Plastikkarte Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Werde das Hotel bei einem nächsten Besuch wieder in Betracht ziehen. Hatte bereits im Sommer vor 3 Jahren hier schon mal genächtigt"

"Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind! Terrell at the front desk was helpful, greeted us with a big smile and welcomed us to the Arlo! C from ALK onsite restaurant was friendly, and answered all oir questions about the dinner menu. She found out it was my birthday and even provided me with a complimentary bday dessert! The room was clean and super comfy! We will continue to stay here when in downtown Chicago!"
