"I stayed one night at the Warwick Allerton hotel. The location on Michigan Avenue was great. It’s an old hotel and seemed run down. Not many amenities. Room smelled like disinfectant. Shower was in a bathtub. Windows were dirty. Not much in food options at the hotel. Service was just ok. Price was high for what you get."

"It was a pretty poor experience. The first night was by far the worst, as we found a bug crawling on the bed, which the sheets felt dirty and old. The walls were very thin. We could hear people from down the hall, and it felt like there was no privacy. The workers were either decent or creepy. There were multiple instances where my girlfriend felt uncomfortable because some staff wouldn’t stop staring at us and would start talking amongst each other. "My room was clean and the location was excellent, walking distance to so many attractions. It was unfortunate that my room faced a wall, so I could not see downtown out of my window and my room was next to the elevator so i could hear the elevator go up and down ALL THE TIME!"

"The best thing about this hotel is its walking distance to the beach and navy pier. Staffing is horrible you'll be waiting forever, no microwave or anything in the room. Had TV issues with no help.not even a toaster to use in the lobby rooms were smaller than expected. This place is way over priced. Would not recommend."

"Really clean room, updated and fresh. We had a nice view of the river! Great location! Only complaint is how long the line is to check in, but it is Chicago- always tons of people everywhere. I would definitely stay here again!"
