I hate to give away a secret, but I was there for the Fargo wrestling events and I was able to stay in a spectacular room less than an hour away from Fargo and I saved so much money.

This hotel was an unexpected delight on our way across the country! We would make this a destination spot because of the hotel. It was historic, but beautifully appointed. One of the best places we have stayed.

Unique experience with a remodeled flour mill turned into a hotel. Nice location in the city within walking distance to restaurants/grocery stores/walking paths.

Staying here was a unique experience. Pros- unique experience, clean, quick response by a customer service via website - couldn't get through via phone: Cons -no attendants to get additional items if needed, no security for the parking lot - not a lot of people around.

This was such a cool place to stay. Very nice conversion. It’s walking distance to downtown and the river. The bath towels are bath sheets and very thick. What a wonderful luxury. Thank you! The nightlight in the bathroom and the ceiling fan were great! Our personal suggestions: Less confirmation emails. A chair to watch TV. A microwave. I am 50/50 on the contactless stay but my emails were responded to quickly.

I rented room 306 with a river view. What I got was room 204 with a street view. Since it’s a contactless place there was no one to remedy this in a timely fashion. Also there was an unpleasant odor throughout the building. It was however clean and the bed comfortable. We won’t stay there again.

Clean, spacious, super comfy bed, and best of all, unique and cool historic space. Right next to a brewery, the river/river walk and other walkable spots. But is it haunted? You’ll have to see for yourself!

The property is so unique. We happened to be there during a severe storm. We got a great light show through the gorgeous windows but we heard not one bit of noise from the storm. The building is rock solid. The first floor has some kind of really great infused scent to it that I wish I was on every floor in the hallways. The beds were so comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better. 3 great eating places within walking distance. One with a phenomenal breakfast and two with great afternoon and evening options. And right near a brewing company as well, just overlooking the river. Ten stars, with extra appreciation for fantastic air conditioning on a hot and muggy day.

Wow!! What a cool place to stay! This old school, century old mill has been refurbished into an incredible hotel. Everything inside has been restored and is super modern. The room fixtures, furniture and appliances are top notch. Hotel has a historic/Modern feel with historic photos along the walls, a few antiques here and there in a very nice updated interior in the room. Beds are comfortable, bathroom had plenty of amenities and towels, the AC and fans we're cranking out.Nice cool air on a 90 degree day in the retro, modern refrigerator and coffee station were the cherry on top. A nice quiet location and across the street on Saturdays.There's a really neat farmer's market. Checking in was breeze as we got a simple access code to enter the building and our room. Carts in the lobby to bring in our luggage and vending machine and a great ice machine down on the main floor. Very quiet and cozy. We will stay again and again when we are in the area. Well done Mill!!

The room was really neat and clean. I liked how the rooms were rustic looking and fit the uniqueness of the hotel. The manager we talked to was very friendly and helpful.
