"Although we only stayed for one night, Justine at the front desk made us feel exceptional. We got to choose what room we wanted to stay in and we also got a free Starbucks drink included in our stay which was a nice touch. I also like that the mall is attached to the hotel as well."

Kitchen area was newer. When we arrived the hot water was not working. They handled it well, offered us another room just to shower in for that night until they could fix it next day.
