"This hotel is lovely! It has someone outside always ready to greet you, which is really a nice touch. The room was nice, no coffee or tea in the room, but free tea and coffee downstairs until 10:30am. Location is amazing, it is two blocks from Fishermans’s Wharf, so you can easily walk to all the action. "I was in San Francisco for 2 nights . My reason was to renew my Dutch passport and so i choose this hotel because of its walkability to the consulate. The reviews were good and I liked the location. "This was a really great place to stay, and I definitely would again! However the room cleaning needed to be tended to more. There was a pair of dried out contacts on the bathroom floor when I first got in, and then I noticed a weird dried stain on the fitted sheet. I put the notecard on the bed asking for the sheets to be changed, but it didn't happen. Other than that, I was comfortable! They do complimentary breakfast and a wine hour which is really lovely. The staff were so kind and helpful!"
