"We booked this hotel based on its overwhelmingly positive reviews and high ratings, but unfortunately our experience was quite the opposite.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel fell well short of expectations. Our room was located at street level, and noise was a constant issue. We could hear conversations, people passing by, and general street activity throughout the day and night, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably.
