"All was good, except the fact that it’s an apartment which I was not aware. They have three B&B, from hotels.com I received address of another B&B of theirs. Upon reaching there, I was told that the address is wrong. It was not easy to reach correct hotel as taxis refuse to go to near by places. I had to carry all my luggage which was not easy. There is no water or coffee/tea in the room. You need to go to other floor to get it. "

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Some furniture items were tired but apartment was very safe and staff were excellent. I would recommend this to others and have no problems booking again. The transfers to and from the airport were excellent! "

"This hotel was so nice! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located near the bus and train station, where you can also access shopping and restaurants/cafes at Termini Station. Nearby there were a lot of restaurants to choose from. It was quiet and super clean. The breakfast buffet was decent. There were choices and they changed the menu every day, while still having some staples. The beds were super comfortable and the AC in the room worked well. I would highly recommend this hotel! "
