"Didn’t like paying for parking"

"Fantastic stay. Clean room. Only downside was the fire alarms were messed up so they kept going off randomly the entire stay."

"Breakfast was VERY disappointing. Waiting 20+ min for coffee even after telling staff the dispensers were empty. Food mostly empty, yet staff reaching in frequently to snack on hot items from back hall. Room cleaning only every other day so you have to repeatly ask front desk for towels and wash rags."

"The hotel has recently been remodeled so everything is clean and new however, there were lightbulbs missing in the lights in our room and the refrigerator didn’t work. I feel like there should’ve been more QA/QC after the remodel was finished to make sure everything in the rooms worked. Also, there was a $10 charge for parking in their own parking lot! There was literally nowhere else to park so if you had a car you were paying $10 just to park there and it wasn’t gated so why are we paying for it?"

"Excellent stay. Beautiful property. Very expensive for a basic hotel room- beds were not very comfortable and should consider replacing the mattress. Amazing time at the hotel.. self parking was fine but I did get charged at the hotel as well as paid at the kiosk so watch for that."

"Awesome staff from front desk, cleaning staff,bartender, and cook. They also had a shuttle to downtown Nashville. Pay one time and use the shuttle as many times as you like."
