Hotel dekat First AME Church

"Super nice very clean staff very helpful"

"$96 a night for garage parking is a total ripoff. 2 of the 5 nights I was awakened in the early morning by clanging bottles picked up in the dumpster by a trash truck."

"Don’t pay extra for city view. It is a painting of buildings on a shade and when you lower the shades there is a building, no view of the city."

"This is our second time staying here, and it was excellent with close proximity to everything"

"Everything was smooth at check in, friendly staff, beautiful views. Would definitely stay there again."

"Coffee was not available downstairs until 7am on Sunday's and 6:30am on the weekdays. I'm an early riser so this was a bit dissapointing, but everything else was solid."

"Second time visiting the hotel. When I am in Oakland this is my go to hotel in the middle of downtown and lake activities."

"I stayed the first night. The next day I discovered the room had a wall lamp held on with scotch tape and was falling out with exposed wires. I was moved to another room for the remainder of my stay and asked for a refund of the first night as I felt I was put in a fire hazard. I spoke with three clerks but no manager ever addressed this with me. I booked via Expedia who I notified. Krista then contacted the hotel manager who refused my request because I continued my stay."

"Friendly People!"

"The worst customer service staff. Will never go back"

"My toilet was clogged the entire time no matter how many times I complained it didn't get fixed. It smelled so bad. I had no microwave the the fridge didn't work."

"The food taste like your grandma was in the kitchen, and the cleanliness was exceptional. Only drawback was the lackluster business center."
