"The Casino itself is good. The bar has slow service even if not busy. The food was not bad but not far from expected from pub style food. Theres signs that say no marijuana use but you can smell the weed down the hall. On day we were leaving you could not smell it. Maybe a patron. One night you could smell it into our room. One of the nights arrived and there was people drinking and partying in the parking lot. "

"Rooms were good. Quiet setting Buffet food wasnt very warm and doesnt give discounts for guests that are staying there. Although they charge $37 per day for a usless resort fee"

"I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."

"Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question. "

"Property and room were nice and clean. However, they charged us $350 damage fee after we checked out without any notice to us at all!! We stayed a total of 5 days with 3 separate reservations. Never got charged or told anything after the first 2 stays and check outs. "Great hotel, room, halls bathroom and hotel elevator were nice and clean, the lighting and modernity are amazing. The staff were all friendly and the in hotel amenities + food and drinks are spectacular. There was only one negative thing that was the parking lot elevator, it sort of smells."
