"I loved my stay at the Jubilee. The apartment was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and good wifi. The staff was absolutely delightful, every person we interacted with. The location is super central and an easy walk to pretty much everything in the city centre."

"Always my go-to hotel in Leeds. Minutes from the train station. Good choice of nearby restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is consistently excellent. Guest rooms were recently refurbished, so there's a nice fresh feel to the rooms. Good value and great quality."

"Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

"On entering our room we were amazed at how much space we had. But!!!!! We found toilet paper on the floor under the curtains near the bed. Then the bottom of the shower curtains were orange not white. And also finger and handprinfs on tbe side of the wardrobe. As we were only there for one night we didnt raise the issues with reception as it was only somewhere to sleep. Would deffinitely book again."

"Had a great stay here. Fabulous location as I was attending an event next door. Located next to multistorey car park and reduced price when staying at the hotel. 15/20 min walk into the city centre. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable. Very impressed with the free breakfast and an option to take away with a grab bag. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again if I need to attend another event here."
