"Everything about my stay was spot on. Very smooth and easy check in, lovely quiet location and my single room was actually very generous in size and also very comfortable. The breakfast service the following morning was very calm and peaceful and the hot buffet was exactly how I like it. The staff are also very helpful. "Absolutely faultless. The room was spotless, everything immaculate, larger than I expected, better equipped (did I mention the hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine?), had all you needed to settle in straightaway - a small bottle of milk in the fridge, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and even salt and pepper grinders. There was a desk and (joy!) a desklamp - so often not provided in hotels these days. I stayed for three nights and could have done so for...

"Fabulous new hotel and lovely room. Room was warm though with no opening windows and fresh air. AC wouldn’t stay on so may be a teething problem. Room was fabulous apart from that. Hot breakfast items were lukewarm which was disappointing. Plenty of choice. "

"Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase. I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer."

"I have stayed at Cedar Court before and it has generally been fine. This time, however, I booked a Superior room, as usual, but was disappointed to find that the original bathroom (with bath) had been ripped out and replaced by a walk-in shower. I personally prefer a bath, and on enquiring at reception I was told that all the ‘Superior’ rooms have had their baths removed. So if you want a bath, don’t book a ‘Superior’ room. Also, the double bed was strangely uncomfortable, the mattress seemingly...
