"I paid £38 for this room - which was about right- I wanted a bed for a few hours after a night out in Leeds - the hotel is opposite the station, so a great location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tired - the bedding and towels were clean - but the carpets, bathroom floor and shower tray were grubby. There was also a rip in my bedroom carpet. I got what I was expecting - but am glad I didn’t pay any more money."

"Great snug room, mattress was not very comfy, felt like it needed replacing. Lovely food and staff were so friendly. Just be warned if there’s a wedding on it’s so loud in the bedrooms we could get to sleep until late as a result"

"Continental breakfast was good and staff were very helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated, stayed in a double room on the ground floor. And they do need to dust the furniture in the room. Bathroom was modern looking and clean like it had a refurbishment. Staying on the ground floor was a bit noisy at times with doors closing etc and hearing the bar and staff entrance door opening and closing. Overall good values for money and nice to have Co-op and Tesco nearby. Plus the Italian restaurant...

"What a pleasant hotel. The room was very comfy and we had a nice high back armchair in the room. Breakfast was full English style buffet and plentiful. Friendly staff. Highly recommended"

"The breakfast cost me £12, the coffee barely tasted like coffee, the 'fresh' orange juice was diluting juice, diluted to the point that you could barely taste the orange cordial, the toast machine was turned off, while staff stood about at 7:30am chatting I had to locate the plug and switch it on, the bread was sat in their original bread bags, again, the coffee tasted so bad, I left it and went for a Costa before I drove to my next destination, never worth £12 in your life.
