"Our room was wonderful. It was newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping service was very good. Good water pressure and hot water. Really appreciated the towel warmer. We requested a drop off of our bags and were able to get an early check in. Staff were accommodating and friendly. It was a very positive experience. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Jesmond Hotel and want to point out two things: --the breakfast was possibly the best of anywhere I've stayed. It was a full breakfast including the full English version, fruits, juices, cereals, and much more. --the water faucets in my room (No. 12) needed repair I will definitely stay at the Jesmond on my next trip to London."
