"Property was very nice and clean. It was a locked gate with security at all hours which felt very safe. Our room had no window. Staff allowed us breakfast our first day, then next day said we did not pay for it and could only have coffee. The next day, they told us we could not have any coffee. We were not given an option to pay extra for the breakfast through the expedia package (flight/stay/car). Staff hosted a personal party one day and did not allow us to use the pool or the kitchen...

The only time I allow them to clean my room ; they did give me enough towels; was out of toilet paper and didn’t get any. ; had to look for someone to get me some. Floor was left dirty. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Indigo Turks and Caicos. The property is newly opened and has a relaxed, boutique vibe. Everything felt fresh, thoughtfully considered and clean; the rooms were both comfortable and inviting. What made the experience especially memorable was the staff.
