Would definitely not rate this above a 2 star hotel. Room was dark and dingy, paint chipped and tons of marks on the walls. Went to breakfast and decided to skip it when we saw what it was. NH Collection Firenze Porta Rossa
Staff was very helpful with a lost item on the train, they were all fabulous, Antoniella called the train department and answered emails that were in Italian for me to get my lost bag . Breakfast buffet very good, location fabulous.
