"We wanted to check out the sea turtle hospital and decided to stay the night. We were able to check into our room and take a less than 5 minute walk over to the hospital for our tour! The grounds are well kept. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub, swimming lagoon and had a beautiful view of the bay from our balcony room. We will be coming back!"

However!!! the staff that was present went above and beyond giving us everything we needed and helped us enjoy our stay greatly. "2 of our 5 days no one came by to clean the room. On day 2, we ran out of cups...on day 3 we ran out of towels. Very noisy....kids running up and down wooden walkway late into the night. Ridiculous amount of hidden fees and taxes ...over $100 per night. The parking fee alone was $30 per night, and we self parked the car! Far better values and attention to detail at other similar resorts in the Keyes."
