"Good place for overnight stay"

"Air-conditioning did not work properly. The room was dirty. Was charged for a safe use in the room three dollars a day at check-in. Got to the room and it did not even have a safe. Hot water and a bed. Don’t expect much. "

"They have no in person check-in so you expect a code to get in the room on the day of arrival. However, in my case, and that was two weeks in a row they did not send the code because I booked the room through Expedia and apparently Expedia did not facilitate the transfer of funds so I had to make a few phone calls before I would get the code. "I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. The room was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay."

"Clean but dated rooms. Staff is ok just do the bare minimum. Staff at the food service is awful. They complain about other guests openly. Front desk ( Kevin is useless) not much help on information. Got more from guests. There is a free trolley line right next to the hotel. Beach chairs and umbrellas are at a fee. pool side get there early. The chicken tenders are amazing!! Patty the cleaning woman was the most helpful and always a smile on her face. Always happy to help or give a good tip /...

"The exhaust vent in the hallway on the fourth floor is extremely noisy! Handheld shower handle was a low quality product. The omlets for breakfast were not very good. Enjoyed the automated brewed coffee in the breakfast area, it was very good. However, the coffee served in the lobby was terrible. The desk clerk said I am not eligible for IHG points since I made my reservation through Expedia."
