"This was a magical stay in a beautiful historical building. Its not central, which we preferred, but very easy to get into the main areas and the airport. It was on a busy road, again not concerning. What was amazing were the staff and all their many small kindnesses, such as hand written notes, helpful suggestions and remembering names and preferences. Faultless. Further the beds were super comfy and the breakfasts fabulous. We will be returning. "

"The room I was staying in made me sick I couldn’t enjoy the rest of my stay. There was a strong mildew smell mix with high dust in the air not me and my child couldn’t breathe. When are called the number for the 24hour emergency no one picked up but it was supposed to be 24h emergency. "Excellent check in experience, lovely clean room with very comfy bed and super, big bathroom with rainforest shower and nice toiletries. Breakfast was included with my room rate but I opted for an extra hour in bed! Location was perfect for easy access to the metro which was only a short ride from all the regular tourist attractions. Room was great for a the large group of us, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the pullout couch. That being said, a large group on the top floor posed a bit of a challenge with the 2 person elevator.
