"The pool area, restaurant, and common areas are beautiful, which is what initially drew us to book this hotel. Unfortunately, the rest of the property is incredibly outdated and in need of a major renovation. The hallways have worn, dirty carpeting and scuffed walls, and the rooms are very dated.
We only stayed one night before an early morning flight, and we’re glad it wasn’t any longer. In our opinion, this is not a 4 star hotel. It’s closer to a 3 star property at best. If you’re simply...

"I absolutely love this hotel the staff was amazing helpful and do kind. They had the most delicious breakfast amd where close to so many restaurants. We where even able to enjoy a local market where we bought hand made items back.
Would have loved to spend more time there and we really hope to return one day."

"Definitely not a four star property. The pros were the breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms have ac which is a must for a Roman summer. The location is also quite close to the airport. The cons unfortunately outweigh since the hotel is very tired and dated. There is a mold and mildew smell in the rooms, only one USB A socket, bathroom tub had stains, the bathroom mirror was chipped, the chain lock in the room was broken, the bed was uncomfortable. Won't stay here again."

"Super nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. Man hat sich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere Zimmer. Zu der Sommerjahres ist der Pool Goldwert. Die Größe ist ausreichend. Leider sehr wenig Schattenplätze und zudem keine Sonnenliegen, nur Stühle."

Main restaurant was closed several evening for private events without prior warning leaving only one option, which was busy and unavailable without reservation.
