"The staff were not helpful or to kind they made it clear we were non factor if not a reward member or if we booked Third party. Which is expected however to be treated as such the room was not a top tier view was ok not as it seems in online pictures It was not clean! furniture ,carpet stains , & the soap was empty and hanging down out of shower To think the room is supposed to be one of two most popular thing is you really can’t tell what your getting u til your there I’ve stayed here a couple times view seating space etc should be more descriptive also"

"Thought I booked a room with a jetted tub but got a normal shower. Other than that room and stay was as you would expect from a hotel. "

"I was totally unprepared for the lack of amenities, especially with the hotel being a Hilton. There was no microwave or coffeemaker in the room. No drinking cups or ice bucket in the room! I mentioned it to the manager and she explained it was Hilton’s policy! Really?? The ice bucket must be requested at the front desk. The cups I retrieved from the lobby and if I wanted to reheat any leftovers, it too, had to done in the lobby. What a joke! Hilton’s policy is a cheap and inconvenient! The breakfast was very disappointing: cold cereal, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs and yogurt from a non-functioning machine. Did I mention 2 bananas and about 6 apples? Although the room was clean, comfortable, staff were pleasant, I’ll never return."

"Fantastic overnight stay! My king room was spotless and spacious, and everything has been updated recently. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever encountered at a hotel…and king pillows, too! The pillows were all different in fill and firmness for individual comfort options, and the higher bed height was surprisingly nice as well. Fresh ground coffee individually served in the lobby at any time was a very nice perk in place of the generic lobby coffee options. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the area is well kept and safe. So many great places to dine within a mile too. Would definitely stay again!"
