"The major problem of this hotel is the rudeness of the staff. We were told rude things, ignored, cut off from talking, had eyes rolled at us, etc. Nobody offers to help around this place. Most of the workers should not be in the service industry!! Food selection and taste waa absolutely horrible. "The room was very clean. The staff provided necessary assistance. Breakfast was good. There was an unpleasant scent from the beach but steps were taken to rectify it. The flushing lever on the toilet was not working properly. The good outweighed the bad so I would try them again."

"Lovely hotel. Room was very comfortable with good amenities. There were groups of sports teams from the UK there. Unfortunately when they arrived the restaurant focused more on them than the other guests resulting in long wait times to order and receive food and drink. You must treat ALL your guests appropriately. I believe the hotel was built in 2003. They can use some upgrades. The rooms have actual "keys" instead of key cards. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. "The apartment is located more or less on the beach in close proximity to a 24 hr. bar. On Sundays there are beach parties that are loud. The room was never cleaned by staff. I left my garbage outside and it was not collected for days. Outside of those things, its a nice intimate space in the heart of Bridgetown."

"This is one of my favorite repeat hotels. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The location can't be beat. Everything in walking distance.
