"I stay frequently in Scotts Valley at the Hilton. Stayed 5/27, 28 in room 113. My worst visit in 7 years. -The room smelled like pee, especially the bathroom. -the bathroom sink was stopped up -there was black gunk/mold? on the handheld shower wand, shower was gross -much of the parking lot was sealed off stating special event Thursday-Sat?? I was there Wed-Friday and there was no event -corridor from side entrance had something spilled. Didn’t seem like corridors were cared for but many of the guests use those as they are most accessible from available parking -general disrepair of walls, ceiling, etc in not just the room but hallways as well"

"The breakfast was 7 to 10. We went down at 9:30. No juice, coffee, waffle batter all gone, very limited food which was barely warm. No fruit or even cups to find water. Went to the front desk and asked if they were going to put more food and drink out. She said she'd ask. Nothing was restocked. Very poor service. The other thing that bothers me was they had cleared dishes away but they were right at the entrance of the breakfast space. I saw wasted food. Sausages. Sweet rolls, waffles etc. Not a nice thing to see while we are searching for food. If it's advertised until 10:00, it should be stocked. Our room faced into the interior of the hotel. This was supposedly an upgraded room. It was ok. However. The TV didn't work and we had a problem with the toilet. Iafter the toilet plugged for the 3rd time, we asked to change rooms. They did give us a much better room ..balcony and the toilet worked! We didn't even try the breakfast the second morning. We heard it was the same as the first morning. This needs to be fixed. The parking is under the hotel. Safe and secure. Overall it's a nice hotel. It just needs a bit of maintenance and the breakfast needs help!"
