"Room was cleaned and restocked daily. There was coffee and hot cocoa free in restaurant. Ate in room once and food as delicious although we had to pick it up. One night there were free cookies in the lobby! Bed was great. Had a pull out couch too"

"I was so impressed with this hotel. During a pre-holiday weekend, when hotel rates were $600+/night, this hotel was reasonably priced, so my expectations were measured. This was an excellent location, on the edge of Times Square on 42nd/9th, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There was a great side view of the Hudson River from the 17th floor. The "Full Pod" was clean, with a big private bathroom, comfortable full-sized bed, an in-room safe, thermostat control, charging stations, and cable TV....
