"Disgustingly dirty! The floors are filthy in the room and the hall. Crumbs and hair were all over the furniture. The sheets were stained and had hair on them. The pool is dirty and unusable."

"Unfortunately, our room had several issues. There was a strong mildew smell. I couldn't pinpoint the source. AT first, I thought it might have been one of the air conditioners but later, I thought it may have been a symptom of one of the other issues. The refrigerator door did not seal and there was a large chunk of ice inside that was slowly melting and leaking onto the floor. They did replace the refrigerator when we let them know. The smell persisted but they said they couldn't move us...

"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. There were loud, disturbing noises and fighting outside the hotel room around 3 AM, which made it very difficult to sleep. Upon arrival, the room had water on the floor, and the TV was not working properly. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I was not satisfied with my stay. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The rooms were poor especially from a person who has allergies. The spell of mold hits you when you open the door, mold by the air conditioner and on the curtains, the toilet seat was loose. However the staff was so accommodating and every understanding. They took care of me right away."
