"The hosts upgraded us from a room to an apartment—it was a complimentary upgrade which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner with food from nearby markets. They gave us wonderful advice on day trips from the property and took a genuine interest in our day trips and lives. We will stay here again if we come back to Avignon. If I knew they had a heated swimming pool and hot tub I would have brought a bathing suit."

"Such a charming property and very easy to get around into central Avignon and surrounding areas. Staff was incredibly helpful and my overall stay was exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful pool and excellent restaurant on site and lots to do within walking distance in the village. Highly recommend!"

"It’s was a great location for walking but it’s pedestrian only so you have to walk a bit with luggage. Also no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. We were on the third floor so a bit of a work out. If you want cute and small this is perfect. We would stay again for sure."

"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. Don't plan on doing much laundry. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment once we got settled. The location was quite convenient if you...

La propiedad es antigua, bien mantenida con mucho caracter, espacios cálidos. tiene un jardin posterior con arboles grandes y mesas bajo las frondas, sirven comidas tan ricas que repetimos varias veces el mismo platillo. el desayuno delicioso y mucha variedad, todo hecho en casa. tiene estacionamiento con puntos de carga para autos electricos. "The property had no elevator our room was on the 4th floor. After 25 minutes we finally got a rep on the phone. He offered a room on the 2nd floor saying we could store our luggage in their secure storage lockers. Our luggage didn't fit into their locker. I'm 79 my wife is 67 there's no was either or both of us could get a 50 lb suitcase up a 35 foot curved staircase. We told the rep this and left going to another hotel. We have advised our credit card company to refuse payment as the service...

"Excellent location for visiting the famous attractions. Just a few blocks from palais des papes. Super clean room. Basic furnishings but great value for the price. The only significant downside is that parking is difficult. You will probably need to park in a lot and walk multiple blocks to reach the hotel."
