We arrived early and were able to use one of the pools. We were told at registration that early check-in started at noon. We tried every hour. Thing was, neither of their elevators were working (it's a 7 story hotel and our room was on the 6th) and I know they knew it. If we had known that, we wouldn't have kept trying to check in!! "Very nice, clean and maintained rooms and property. Literally steps from the beach and beautiful views from the windows. Only dislikes are no balconies. A room with a balcony would have been spectacular, especially when the hotel right beside you has wonderful balconies, AND you have to pay for parking, which is a pet peeve. If I'm a guest at a hotel, I shouldn't have to pay to park there!"

"I had stayed at this property before but didn't realize it when booking. I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The beach location is perfect and the property is nice and relaxing. The on-site restaurant facing the beach is super convenient with great food and service. I would absolutely stay here again. This is an older property but it is well maintained and clean."
