"My room was huge and loved the extra make up counter. The bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to downtown! Front desk is always so welcoming. Big lobby and the cafe and bar were nice, they just take a little bit of time, so if you are in a hurry this maybe isn't the best option. Overall the location and size of rooms are worth it."

It was wasn’t work, maintenance was called and they came relatively quickly to fix it. It worked for that day and the next, it stopped working again. Maintenance came again and the replaced the unit. The front desk manager called and apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a bottle of champagne but, my wife and I don’t drink. Then they offered a $30...

"Room was nice. Bathroom shower’s water pressure very weak and took a long time to get hot. Very limited TV channel options. Very expensive restaurant, much cheaper and nicer food available close by outside hotel. The best thing about it is location and after that not much. At least $35 to self park, only $2 cheaper than valet which is crazy. Nickel and diming you the whole way. David at check-in was incredibly rude and set a bad tone for the stay. I just assumed that it would be there like any other kitchenette I stay. There are many chicken, turkey and beef options available so it would be nice to focus on meats more total people can eat. The south is inundated with pork meals everywhere. "
