"The Colts Neck Inn Is nostalgic, it has the look of the past, while incorporating the present. The inn is located against Route 34 and County Road 537, the intersection is loud and busy. My room was up against the highway, it was not tranquil, it was anxiety ridden, and falling asleep impossible. The room was cold, no carpets around the bed, lament flooring, the bathroom had marble flooring, the heat was limited, unless you turned it on HIGH. A beautiful entrance way led to cold modern rooms....

"The property was not up to the standard of other Hampton by Hilton locations I’ve recently visited. Cleanliness was a major concern, and my room was changed without any prior notification."

"The photos and price fooled me. It's basically an overpriced roadside motel next to a bar and not a very nice or quiet area. Very loud traffic from rt 9. When i turned over the comfortor on the bed the underside looked so worn and dirty that i left. It would be passable if they charged $75 a night. It's not what you would expect for $115."

"Desk staff was very friendly. My daughter had dance competition that weekend and i checked in late that night it was clean and quiet loved it. Next morning breakfast was decent just wish they had yogurt but everything else was fine. They had pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit, cereal, and cinnamon rolls. Check out was a breeze. "

"The motel was an older one that the current owners did not bother to upgrade the rooms. The room & bathroom had damaged walls, stains on the walls and tiles, areas where something on the walls or furniture was either removed or broken but never replaced or repaired. The room phone was not plugged nor worked when I plugged it in to the wall phone jack. I arrived too late to check and find other accommodations. I did not know the area. "It was a last minute booking. I arrived to the front desk. An adult welcomed me and said- well this is the last room we have just released. Good. Check in and of to the room. It is midnight by this time. I found the room, opened the door and the this sharp uncomfortable scent just hit me in the face. I looked to see where ac was to hopefuly move the air around. The thermostat was not working - full out of power. Lets try the bathroom fan - omg! As I opened the door the stench of the pee was...

"We stayed here with our Baseball team for a tournament. The staff were very accommodating. They turned the basketball game on and we ordered food and hung out in the lobby. The staff were polite and friendly to all the kids. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good in the morning. The pool was a little small but the kids still had a good time.We would definitely stay here again."

"This is our second time staying here within a year. We were here last year for our son's basketball tournament. Faye, who checked, us in was super helpful, patient and bubbly despite the hordes of people checking in. We travel a lot and find that people aren't always hospitable. Faye was awesome. We only stayed overnight so most amenities weren't used. Our check out was seamless and Ian was a pleasure to work with during check out. Overall, a great experience.
