"Upon getting off the elevator for the 4th floor where our room was, you could feel how warm it was. Entering our room was even worse. It felt like a sauna. We tried to turn the air on, and over an hour later it still felt just as warm. We tried to sleep but it was so warm we were sweating and our clothes were sticking to us. It felt so suffocating in our room that I had to go ask the front desk at almost midnight if there was anything they could do, hoping to be offered a different room where...

"Generally ok. However, the cleaning staff were dishonest about not finding an electric appliance i left in the hotel. I checked out in a rush early in the morning as I had to be at the emirates stadium. Phoned them the next and they claimed they didn't find anything, a complete lie."

The room we had was on a side street just off Kensington High Street. The room was quiet and dark. It also had air conditioning and a comfortable bed.
