"We had to change roomsafter we gottherebecause we had ants in the room. After we informed them of the problem they immediately sent someone to checkthe problem & switched our room for us. I'm confined in a wheelchair & require a handicapped room. Most places I stay at the bed is at a height for normal people. Here the bed is lower and makes it easier to transfer from my wheelchair"

"Friendly staff, great breakfast and easy to access location."

"The most outstanding feature of this establishment is the incredible staff. Every single encounter with a staff member was excellent. They were warm and welcoming and ensured that we were well informed and comfortable."

"I felt the staff was great. I am very helpful from the time we arrived until the time we left. The property was very clean &fresh. I thought the shower was kind of small, but I was still able to take my whole visit in stride with a positive attitude. The shallow was a plus because we didn’t have to move our vehicle when we wanted to go somewhere. All in all, I thought the property was well maintained, the staff was very attentive to your need and very polite. Thank you, Parkview Hotel."

"The room was very accommodating and the breakfast options were plentiful."

"The rooms were sort of small except the handicap rooms."

"Good"

"Property was clean and majority of staff helpful. Suite contains no microwave, one television for both sides of suite and “nightstand’ was a small portion of wood built into headboard which contained little space. Average stay however."

"The staff very friendly and helpful.. When I think of Hilton Garden, I think its the top of all hotels. This HG, the pillows were horrible, the rug is old, the cleaning needs attention, and the smell of musty when you walk into the room.Littke tweeks here and there and it would be great. (I found a empty Chinese take out condiment package between the bed and night stand..empty with hair sticking to it) Plus I did not realize you can bring pets...nope not for me"

"The staff was friendly and helpful at all times"

"The property was modern and clean. The breakfast was good. The main issues my family faced was the noise from people coming in around 2am & talking loudly in the hallway. We were there for an early soccer tournament so our night was often disrupted. We were put on the first floor which I will never accept again. Also through Expedia, we were offered “multiple beds” but in the end it was only a king bed & an uncomfortable sofa bed with a weird trundle bed underneath. I do not plan to use this...

"Excellent property . Very comfortable and clean. We will defintly use this property when traveling again."

"We liked that everything smelled fresh and clean. I notice pillows especially and these smelled very fresh."

"Todo muy bien"
