"This was a great house for our family of 6. It is the entire house, 3 floors, with 4 bedrooms on top floor. Main floor has a combined kitchen/dining room/family room and a separate area with Tamami mats/tea room, and basement has a TV room and a pool table room. House is very nice, very clean, and just 2 minutes from Fushimi Inari Shrine. 2 train stops away from main Kyoto station. Good internet, fast. Any concerns were minor: tricky to adjust water temperature, difficult to figure out...

"There were some stains on the bed skirt (looked like lipstick) and some dust between the sheets. But overall very clean. Front desk was availabile 24hrs and were very helpful and resourceful. Very nice and big room."

"Staff were welcoming and eager to please. However this hotel is not geared up for tourists. There are no instructions for TV or any gadgets in English and, as this is a love hotel, you're wary of touching anything for fear of what you may be buying! There was also a vending machine in the room with no explanation as to the contents. The hotel needs to decide who they want to cater for and set up accordingly. "Not the greatest place to stay at in Kyoto. - The closest rail station (Fushimi) is about a 15-20 minute walk. - The hotel room is dirty. We got non-smoking and they delivered on that (no smell). But the carpet in our room had clear dirty spots and so did the ceiling. - Standard washroom amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body soap etc - Can't refuse room service it seems -Size of the room was good"
