"Hotel is in a great location, staff was really pleasant. Unfortunately the room was small and outdated. Maid service came, but only replaced waters and towels Didn't make bed despite making request on door. "

"I picked this hotel strictly for the experience of staying right by the scramble. For the location this hotel can’t be beat, and if you’re lucky enough to have a room right above the scramble that’s even better. I didn’t, but just being able to view it from the elevator is nice. It’s a little hard to find from the street, which was frustrating when you’re trying to navigate the crowds and luggage at the same time. But once you know it’s a lot easier. Plus the hotel was nice enough to hold your luggage if you leave Tokyo for a few days, and return to the hotel for additional stays. Staff were friendly and professional. Coin laundry was adequate, just remember that the dryer takes a lot longer than you think."
