"We had the fire alarm go off at 3:30 a.m., waking up our entire family and requiring us to grab our things and head downstairs. It eventually stopped, but we never received any communication from staff explaining what happened, an apology, or any form of compensation or discount."

"I don’t even know where to begin with this place… it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the property is completely unkept and nothing like the pictures online (which feel very misleading at this point). The room was dirty—like, visibly dirty. Surfaces hadn’t been wiped down, and the whole space just felt neglected. The bathroom was especially bad. The tub wouldn’t drain, so you’re basically standing in a pool of water while showering. On top of that, all the metal fixtures were rusted, which made everything feel even more unsanitary. For the price and what was advertised, this was a huge disappointment. Definitely would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone."

"The breakfast menu had powdered eggs, bread, cereal, waffles, and yogurt. It was ok in quality. After breakfast times the areas were cleaned and tables put up, so no area to just sit. Towels were clean and the rooms were ok. Unfortunately, I started getting spam calls after I booked my room here. "

"The area was not to bad . Just wished the room was a little bit cleaner . It smell like someone left a wet towel through the night . Also you have very small hard pillows. You should feel more comfortable but it was ok. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. "

"It was pouring down rain when we arrived. Host got us a room that was easy for us to get to and he was very nice and helpful. Great place to stay. Will definitely be back again. "

"The property was nice and close enough to the race venue for the 5k. Right across the road is the water but it is not very beachy in that location….a short 1/4 mile walk gets you to the beach so take a cart to carry beach items. Dog friendly but the area roped off for taking the dogs for a potty break had a lot of burrs so my dog did not want to walk on them….he ended up doing his business in the rocky area instead. One staff member could not direct us to the dog area….one of the elevators goes down to a parking level where there is access…I guess she was new. Because of the race on checkout day, the staff was accommodating and allowed 30 min extra for checkout, but I thought as an Elite member I had an option for 1 hr later checkout. Would stay again for the convenience."
