"This is a great property that we have stayed in 9 times since 2017. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the rooms are clean, but the furniture is dated and could use a cleaning/replacing in many of them. The staff are lovely and friendly as always. The only issue we really had was the new beach loungers….they are very uncomfortable, and some had signs of wear already. "Our stay was outstanding. I was upgraded from two deluxe room to 2 bedroom suite. It was spanking clean, spacious and easy access to the beach, front desk, food areas and next to the pool. All inclusive food and drinks are excellent for our group. Room service was great, they were fast and efficient. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great.
