"We loved our stay here. It’s such a beautiful building and has two great restaurants plus the spa was so good. The outside jacuzzi was our favourite feature. I The staff were so friendly and attentive. We wanted to particularly shout out Mollie who was so kind, friendly and helpful. "

"Warm welcome at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean as was the bathroom. As it was Christmas, they left a box of Quality Street in the room for us. Nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good. Value for money."

"Clean and spacious room (excellent work by Marilena). Tea, coffee, and biscuits were provided. The pool was a decent size and very clean, with both a steam room and a sauna available. We booked a very affordable half-board option with breakfast and dinner included. Dinner was exceptional, both in presentation and taste. The breakfast hall was large but quite busy, so we had to queue for a bit; however, it was well stocked, and staff replaced finished items quickly. Vegetarian sausages were also...

"Exceptional - the attention to detail was amazing. Bedroom, service, food and drinks were first class. The hotel is immaculate and quirky with many added extras like a games room with record player and records, a boot room, a bar with fires. Unfortunately the restaurants were fully booked - so book them early! I will definitely stay there again and can recommend this hotel most highly x"

"Hotel was oldy worldy quaint on the outside, but smart and modern on the inside. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch for them to leave a small Birthday present of chocolates and prosecco as I had mentioned it was my wife's birthday. Central location with parking makes it a great choice for Stratford on Avon. "
