"Property has been recently renovated, feels great. Staff great, we’re able to check in us early. Every summer we book this hotel. Walking distance to The Mall.
Transportation to airport this year is 10 euro per adult. Over-all great one night stay. "

"Abbiamo soggiornato a Sofia in questo hotel in una suite posta all’ottavo piano. Purtroppo i primi due piani sono in ristrutturazione quindi la reception si trova direttamente al secondo piano e bisogna prendere le scale per arrivarci. Le pulizie non sono il massimo e la moquette è tutta sgocciolata con sostanze a quanto pare indelebili. Abbiamo notato un forte odore di animale (cane probabilmente) che abbiamo segnalato all’hotel l’indomani ed è stato risolto. La suite era spaziosa e accogliente...
"We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option.
The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location!
The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...
