"A very nice 2 bedroom unit in a great part of London very close to SoHo. The only tough part was that there was no elevator and we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs to the unit. The staff was very respectful and courteous. I would definitely stay here again."

"I was never told that it is not a normal hotel; they have several independent properties which they refurbished and rent. I had to climb 3 floors in an old house to get to my room, there was no elevator. This is something they should tell in advance, I would not have rented it if I knew.
