"Although room was warm and sheets were crisp, the sink was partially clogged, no Netflix and any worthy available shows you had to pay for, and there was many ants in the bathroom, around a bed, and near the shoes. My daughter is terrified of bugs and this really ruined her stay."

Looked to be like dog fur under the door to the pool and inside the pool area by the basket for towels. -Staff was great. Couldn't ask for better. "
