"Bottles of lotion and shampoo empty, but that’s an easy one. The biggest issue is how how impossible it is to get coffee downstairs with that $10 “bonus” but it’s too small. too crowded and thus hard to use. I think I just left nearly $100 of credits given but unable to be used. Maybe room delivery? Ha! Coffee makers or tea in the room? Being a regular at your hotel, the folks there have indeed fun and happy to see around. And, generally clean and all that but even just the waits at an elevator up to rooms that are getting smaller."

"On our first night we found mold and cockroaches in the bathroom. There was also a stain on one of the bedspreads when we arrived."

"The property didn’t feel clean or kept up with. We had also called ahead of the me as my wife pumps and needed to freeze her milk and have away to warm milk for bottles. It took 3 calls to get an electric kettle and they were not helpful with freezing things."

"The location is great, but the experience was a letdown. While the hotel's location is excellent and convenient, our stay was quite disappointing overall. The Room: Although it was clean, the carpet was an absolute disaster and desperately needs to be replaced or deeply clean. The Staff: The customer service was lacking. One lady in particular was incredibly antipathetic and dismissive. It honestly felt as though helping guests was a painful chore for her. The Breakfast: We skipped the breakfast entirely. It’s just a basic "to-go" option, and the quality of the offer is definitely not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this option if you are looking for comfortable amenities and welcoming. But the location it’s the best."

"Sheet cover had small stain and a strand of hair found in the sheets. Quickly sorted but no a good start. Apart from that no issues. Good central location. Homeless and others are around but no problem. Just leads to the atmosphere. Not under the control of the hotel."
