The very young girls who are the cleaning crew, were sitting right outside our door chatting, laughing and playing on their phones waiting for us to check out even though we had more than an hour till checkout time. "Possibly my top experience EVER in a hotel stay! Staff were always available, extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The layout was really perfect with a bar/resturaunt downstairs. Every detail in the room had been thought out: a motion sensitive light under the bed so if you got up at night, it lit the floor. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Easy access to lighting and phone charging. Everything very clean and organized. Nice, modern decor. The location was great, within easy walking...

"Great location. We walked from the cruise port in 20 minutes. Walked to the train station in under 15 minutes. Breakfast was great. They have gluten free options too. Rooms are a good size. You have shopping, restaurants and everything around including the waterfront and old town."

"Great place to stay for a cruise the next day. Beds were comfortable, breakfast amazing and nicely located to walk to pubs and restaurants. Great view of the wall ruins from our room. Downside was no elevator and a bit confusing as to where the front desk was to check in. Turns out it is right when you walk in the restaurant. A bit tired so doesn’t look as clean and had to navigate around linens in the hall to check out. But all in all a good stay."

"A lot of noise from people walking in and out, and kids screaming early in the morning. That’s not the hotel’s fault. But some sound isolation would be nice. The room was nice enough, nothing extra there. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Bed was okay, but not the best. "
