"The air conditioning wasn’t working and we couldn’t open a window. The room was very hot and we did have trouble sleeping. I reported it to reception and they gave us a fan on the last night of our stay"

"Very comfortable 3 night stay"

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"Personal top, 10er Bett Zimmer in Ordnung. Betten sehr durchgelegen und super wackelig (drei übereinander ohne Wandbefestigung, wodurch jede Bewegung alles wackeln lässt). Aber für den Preis ist es spitze gewesen! Vorhänge wären schön gewesen. Das Frühstück ist vorhanden aber es ist viel zu wenig Platz zum sitzen und das Essen ist wirklich begrenzt. Aber auch hier wieder: Preis-Leistung passt aber wer ausgiebig frühstücken will muss wo anders hin gehen. Vor allem auch für einen anständigen...

"Excellent stay may on reception was very helpful"

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"The hotel is located in a very good Greenwich area. The condition of the rooms is another thing. I asked for an accesible room and the one offered had dirty walls, stained carpets, totally unacceptable. I finally accepted one with less issues but it had courtains with holes, the desk chair was old, dirty and had broken linings. In the bathroom the shower had mold, the shower head dripped, the light fixture had parts broken. Additionally, the bed head had a light that didn't work. So many issues...

"On arrival we checked in and were given the key card to our room. However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! A member of staff then accompanied us to back to our room to let us in. I know that isn’t their fault, but they could have told us when we arrived and accompanied us in the first place. I saw this happen with other people too. The card didn’t work the whole time we were there. That...

"O quarto é compacto, mas muito funcional e tem tudo o que é necessário. A localização é excelente, com mercadinhos próximos, ponto de ônibus na porta e o metrô a apenas algumas quadras. Um ponto muito positivo foi terem guardado nossas malas após o checkout. O lugar é exatamente como nas fotos. Recomendo"

"Cheap private room for a Saturday night, close to Deptford and Greenwich, with the DLR just around the corner so a handy spot. In the middle of an estate which was a bit of a shock at first but it was fairly tame for the most part. Didn’t attempt a shower as it smelt really bad. Toilets were kinda gross and smelt too. Room was decent enough though and the staff were sound. Bar area also decent with big screens showing sky sports, a dart board, sofas etc… Fine for a cheap one night stay. But...
