"Great place to stay!"

"Excelente lugar en excelente ubicación! 5/5 estrellas en todo!"

"Beautiful space, helpful staff, very good location. Will book again for next visit :)"

"Good location, very helpful staff"

"The most beautiful B&B hotel I have ever stayed (I travelledaround the world). The owner is an artist and has excellent taste! I will stay there again if I ever come back to CDMX."

"I can’t recommend this property. We had a room with a king bed, no chairs(so no place to sit except on the bed), it was extremely humid in the room, there was no sink stop at all; it was just an empty hole. The bed faced the sliding doors which were covered by curtains without sheers. There was no a/c and it got hot, especially after a shower. When the curtains were open you could see straight into the room all the way down the corridor. When I wrote management, who had no one on the...

"Excelente atención y muy acogedor lugar. Nos dieron un ascenso gratuito de habitación a una habitación preciosa. Definitivamente regresaremos!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff but had trouble with the air conditioning. We had two rooms, one was too cold and the other was hot. Staff brought us a fan."

"The staff was so attentive and helpful and because there was construction going on they even offered free spa services. The only negative was the presence of small bugs by the sink that seemed to be attracted to water. The location is great but considering everything a bit pricey."

"Lo recomiendo mucho. Bonito, limpio y buen desayuno"

"Muy facil llegar, muy amables muy bien ubicado y todo muy bien."

"Lugar recomendable por su cercanía a sitos de interés en Coyoacán. La atención y el trato muy amables y se siente un ambiente de casa. Las camas están muy cómodas, gracias."

"From the reception desk to the entire staff, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The service exceeded my expectations, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and consider it an excellent choice for my future stays."

"The property is lovely as are the staff. Very kind and helpful. Housekeeping was disappointing. A wonderful wine cooler, but no cork screw opener. Dirty wine glasses sat in the room for days before they were removed and never replaced with clean glasses. The email provided serves one purpose - the initial contact with management. After that, there is NO communication, which was extraordinarily frustrating. We finally learned to communicate via Whatsapp and had helpful staff. This needs to...

"Todo excelente! Muchas gracias ✨"

"Todo super bien excepto por el detalle que me dejaron sin toalla en dos ocasiones y también algunos huéspedes roncan y se escucha todo además se supone que no see debe hacer ruido después de cierta hora y a veces siguen hablando por teléfono y no es fácil conciliar el sueño."

"Un hotel que cumple su objetivo en general muy bien"

"They aren’t very organized. The staff who should be assisting you and processing your payment often struggle or take a long time to do so, as no one seems to know who is in charge. Still, the place is worth it—it’s located right in the heart of Coyoacán and is a very lovely house."

"Coyoacan es hermoso, casas amplias, bonitas, muy tranquilo, mucho café!! Y todo esto lo disfruté más con mi estancia en La Encantada."
