"I thought the staff were great and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, a short walk from the Blue Mosque. I had the breakfast on a couple of days, which I thought was very nice. Only thing the property lacks is a proper restaurant and swimming pool but there are lots of restaurants in short distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay again"

"It’s a very good hotel it’s near all the tourist attractions and near the metro not difficult to get around. The breakfast is soo good every day they have different kinds of food not like other hotels. The staff are wonderful and specially Mohammad memet he is amazing he speak English and also Arabic he been taking good care of us he helped us with everything whatever we needed we would ask him and he wouldn’t hesitate to help us and explain everything to us. The room is pretty big not to small...

The location is also great, it is very close to grand market and other tourist area with proximity walking distance 10 to 20 minutes. "

"The towels were such worn out rags that I wouldn't use even for my pets. They were replaced but only one set was provided so we had to share them. Beakfast was catered from somewhere else and not so exciting. "

"My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. ...
