The room was clean but tired .there was no fridge to keep anything cool The weather was extremely hot ,hottest on record, there was no air con , just a small fan in the room which was extremely hot , i had brought an additional fan with me as a precaution . "Many years ago, my wife and I had meals here when we lived in St Neots which were much enjoyed, but given we moved away from the area, it's been a long time. My daughter lives in St Neots again now and I needed a place to stay overnight. Having used Premier Inns generally, if the price was right, I decided to book, but was astounded to find they wanted £150 for a Tuesday night! I had noticed the extention on the Eaton Oak many times, and managed to get a room at a very reasonable price of £84...
