"Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."

"No staff on the property the only staff was house keeping in The mornings. we also ask if our room could be clean the first day we was there and if we could get fresh linens. never got any of that had to drive up to the other property to get fresh linens and a new breakfast order card for the following morning. for the money we spent we didn't get the experience we was promised. South temple property just felt like hey you paid us good money but you don't get anything promised in you're stay....

"The room looked nice in pictures, online. In person it was old, dusty and in need of serious upgrades. The shower especially needs to be gutted and redone. The tile was cracked, the shower door had caked on grime. The carpet was old and stained. The sitting chair in the room was old and stained. The walls are very thin. We heard the couple next door get romantic for a couple of minutes. The worst part of all was that there was a plumbing issue shortly after checking in. They called a plumber...
