"I booked this hotel last minute after leaving a poorly kept hotel and what a turnaround! This hotel is everything you need, want and more. Clean, fresh, it’s like a fun hostel only classy and clean. They have thought of everything, super eco friendly and gorgeous rooms and common areas. Breakfast was delicious and staff as SO friendly and helpful. Would rate higher if I could! "

"Nous étions une famille avec 2 enfants et avons bien apprécié l’hôtel. L’hôtel est proche de tout , commerces, métro, restaurants. 4 lignes de métro et plusieurs Bus desservent l’arrêt Hammersmith qui se situe à quelques minutes de l’Hotel. Le personnel est disponible la literie est très bien et le petit déjeuner est copieux. Pour le ménage il faut déclarer quotidiennement à la réception sinon il n’est pas fait. Je recommande cet hôtel."

"The staff is very nice. The room I got was small, but really convenient, so it was not an issue. The location is really great, not far from a subway station. The only drawback is, I find it a little pricey. A little bit cheaper, and it would be perfect."

"The location is excellent - near the V&A and the Albert Hall and many other attractions. It is also easy to get to. I would have appreciated free range eggs at the breakfast bar, by the way. Otherwise the food was excellent. Thankyou."
