"Great location, room was very clean and tidy, however there was this smell (cant really describe, if it smelled like paint or it was just because the hotel is old). Walls at the corridor side, at least were the room was, too thin. Heard everytime my „neighbors“ door closed."
"Amazing staff especially the doorman who always helped lift our stroller up the stairs and went above and beyond helping my wife wheel the suitcases down the street to a car rental pick up location after having issues getting a taxi to take us there.
Reception staff gave our two infants plush toys upon arrival which was a beautiful touch.

"Traveled here for 2 nights, 3 days with our two toddlers - the perfect location. Would highly recommend the Thames apartment if you are traveling with small children as there is a separate room for them to nap and sleep in. Staff were incredibly accommodating, and everyone was wonderful to our littles (especially Lamesh at the front!). Gemma was so helpful in the reservation process, and the room was set up perfectly for our arrival.

"We had a great vacation and a lot of that had to do with how well our stay was at Club Quarters Trafalgar Sq. They are located within 5-10 walking distance from the train stations (Charing Cross and Embankment) and directly across from Trafalgar Sq.
The entire staff were so welcoming - always greeting you with a smile and "hello". Our room was serviced daily. It was quiet and peaceful.
