"The properties parking is on the very bottom which was tight and confusing also there’s no cell service in the garage."

"Nice location, except that when Mr. President decides to come out, H street is the first one to get traffic control, ie, blocked., Hotel entrance needs a better sign. The only real problem is that room service is not responding to request really well and it does take some efforts to get sets of clean towels."
