"This is a well-maintained, nicely appointed property a short walk from the Euston train and underground stations. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were fine. Some disappointments: The property appears to be a repurposed commercial building with narrow hallways and numerous firedoors. It's in a daytime business district, without restaurants, shops or pubs nearby (except for fast food at the train station). The restaurant had limited hours and a limited menu, and room service was only available while the restaurant was open. One of only two elevators was broken during the several days I was there. The electronic thermostat in the room didn't operate intuitively and displayed no instructions. I had to ask someone to demonstrate it. The room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. A safe sits on the floor and can only be accessed -- awkwardly -- by kneeling in front of it. The door didn't have a flip-bar lock. The room didn't have a single drawer: all storage is on open shelves. Bedside lamps sit on small wall-mounted shelves that can't hold anything else, instead of tables or nightstands. A peculiarity: A Bible rests on a glass shelf of its own, set into the wall under a floodlight. This might be a good choice for someone who has business close by, but for tourists, there are many more comfortable and suitable facilities."

"Clean room, everything was very modern. Bathroom showers were private with a great shower head and hot water! Blowdryers provided. Pods are small but it’s nice to have the privacy. They’re very soundproof, I couldn’t hear anything from the other pods. Very secure with the QR codes and very safe. In a great location. AC worked well. Especially for a solo traveler, highly recommend! The outlet in my pod stopped working, I went to the front desk, and they immediately moved me to a new one. Good customer service."
